Cutting activity and customized production of passive components

Our technical department can support with high-level know-how customers during each stage of the project, starting from the right choice of the raw materials for each single application. We co-design solutions with our customers with efficiency and lowest prices in mass production


Prototypes service

We can create a prototype from a project idea in short times and low price thanks to our efficient equipments. We are absolutely convinced to keep high quality level service starting from the prototype stage. In this stage we can supply, on request FAI report or PPAP report to qualify and approve the first sample.


Mass Production

After the approval of the prototypes, we can start the mass production shortly and according to the highest quality standard.

We can produce customized parts by:

    • Die-cutting technique
    • Water jet cut: very high-pressure jet of water can cut plane material
  • Molded and injected gaskets


    • FIP (Form In Place) gaskets: technology consisting of dispensing silicone uncured microgaskets on a track. Futura has dedicated robots to FIP gaskets directly on the cover designed by the customer
    • Milling machine to produce parts according customer design produced in different materials
    • Galvanic treatments: applied to metallic parts, such as different kinds of metallic contacts. Plating such as nickel, tin, silver can be used to increase the electrical conductivity and prevent galvanic corrosion
  • Laser precision micro-cutting


  • PHOTOCHEMICAL MILLING OR PHOTOCHEMICAL ETCHING: we use this technique mainly for Board Level Shielding – BLS.
