Customer and Stakeholder Focus<\/h3>\n

The policy of Futura<\/strong> takes into account the needs and expectations of customers and the sustainable development of stakeholders and of the company itself. Therefore, it is committed to understanding their needs and planning its activities to fully meet them.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s Quality Management System is organized to meet the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Environmental Focus<\/h3>\n

Futura<\/strong> supports and encourages programs aimed at developing and implementing activities to improve environmental performance, going well beyond compliance with current laws and regulations, focusing on mitigating environmental impacts.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/h3>\n

For this reason, Management establishes the following objectives:<\/p>\n

  • deliver services that meet customer needs with the goal of continuous improvement of performance in the following areas:<\/li>\n
      \n
    • performance regarding service delivery times and product delivery times;<\/li>\n
    • performance regarding the quality of the products and services provided;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • strictly comply with applicable Environmental regulations;<\/li>\n
    • strictly comply with applicable Health and Safety regulations for workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Implementation Plan<\/h3>\n

      To pursue these objectives, Management has implemented the following actions:<\/p>\n

      • development of personnel professionalism through training;<\/li>\n
      • environmental protection through pollution prevention;<\/li>\n
      • implementation of process effectiveness;<\/li>\n
      • marketing of products oriented toward reducing environmental impact;<\/li>\n
      • marketing and use of products designed to reduce health and safety risks for users and workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Process Approach<\/h3>\n

        Futura<\/strong> identifies the various organizational activities as processes to be planned, controlled, and constantly improved, optimizing resources for their implementation and managing processes so that they clearly define:<\/p>\n

        • the objectives to be achieved and the expected results;<\/li>\n
        • the responsibilities involved and the resources employed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The processes<\/strong> are organized to ensure proper activity planning, maximum service flexibility, compliance with delivery deadlines, and cost levels aligned with market and customer expectations.<\/p>\n

          Leadership & Accountability<\/h3>\n

          Management<\/strong> assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its Management System, providing all necessary resources and ensuring that planned objectives are consistent with the organization\u2019s context and strategic directions.<\/p>\n

          Management<\/strong> communicates the importance of the Management System and actively involves all workers and their representatives by listening to their needs.<\/p>\n

          Risk and Opportunity Assessment<\/h3>\n

          Futura<\/strong> plans its processes with a risk-based thinking approach to implement the most appropriate actions to:<\/p>\n

          • assess and address risks associated with processes;<\/li>\n
          • exploit and strengthen identified opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Personnel and Stakeholder Engagement<\/h3>\n

            Futura<\/strong> recognizes that the active engagement of personnel and stakeholders is a primary strategic element, and therefore promotes the development of internal professionalism to ensure competent and motivated human resources.<\/p>\n

            Improvement<\/h3>\n

            Futura<\/strong> sets continuous improvement of its Management System performance as a permanent objective.
            \nPreliminary assessment of risks and opportunities related to business processes, internal and external audits, and Management Review are the tools used to implement continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

            Social Responsibility Policy<\/h3>\n

            Futura<\/strong> bases its relationships with stakeholders on mutual commitment, active partnership, trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration.<\/p>\n

            Relationships with local communities are established through understanding their needs, promoting sustainable local projects that do not create dependency, and consulting stakeholders during the opening of new facilities, regular production management, and decommissioning phases.<\/p>\n

            Futura<\/strong> does not intend to intentionally provide any support to organizations that are not aligned with its values. The same applies to organizations that do not ensure equal opportunities and treatment, discriminating based on sex, age, ethnic origin, nationality, social conditions, religion, sexual or political orientation, or any other belief, including protected categories (e.g., workers with disabilities, minors, etc.).<\/p>\n

            Health and Safety Policy<\/h3>\n

            Futura<\/strong> firmly believes that promoting the health and well\u2011being of workers is fundamental, as is ensuring their safety.<\/p>\n

            Futura<\/strong> is committed to eliminating sources of work-related illnesses and external hazards (e.g., health emergencies), ensuring that all equipment and workplaces are designed, built, used, and maintained to prevent and minimize health and safety risks, adopting the best available solutions in compliance with current regulations.<\/p>\n

            All workers are trained to perform their work under the healthiest possible conditions, following procedures aimed at reducing exposure to risk factors and taking into account different needs and requirements.<\/p>\n
