It therefore undertakes to understand their needs and plan its activities so as to meet them fully.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The company\u2019s Quality Management System is organised to meet the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Focus on the Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura<\/strong> supports and encourages programmes aimed at developing and implementing activities to improve environmental performance, going well beyond compliance with applicable laws and regulations and focusing on mitigating the environmental impacts generated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this reason, Management has established the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide services that meet customer needs, with the aim of continuously improving performance in the following areas:<\/li>\n<li>performance in service delivery times and product delivery;<\/li>\n<li>performance in the quality of the products and services provided;<\/li>\n<li>strictly comply with applicable environmental regulations;<\/li>\n<li>strictly comply with applicable worker health and safety regulations;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Implementation Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To pursue these objectives, Management has implemented the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop employees\u2019 professional skills through training;<\/li>\n<li>protect the environment by preventing pollution;<\/li>\n<li>improve process effectiveness;<\/li>\n<li>market products designed to reduce environmental impact;<\/li>\n<li>market and use products designed to reduce health and safety risks for users and workers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura<\/strong> identifies the organisation\u2019s various activities as processes to be planned, controlled and continuously improved, making the best possible use of the resources required for their implementation and managing its processes so that the following are clearly defined:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the objectives to be pursued and the expected results;<\/li>\n<li>the associated responsibilities and the resources employed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Processes are organised to ensure proper activity planning, maximum flexibility in the services offered, and compliance with required delivery times at a cost consistent with market and customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Management <\/strong>assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its Management System, provides all necessary resources, and ensures that the planned objectives are consistent with the organisation\u2019s context and strategic direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Management <\/strong>communicates the importance of its Management System and actively involves all workers and their representatives by listening to their needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment of Risks and Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>plans its processes using a risk-based thinking approach in order to implement the most appropriate actions to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>assess and address risks associated with processes;<\/li>\n<li>leverage and strengthen identified opportunities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee and Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>recognises that the active involvement of employees and all stakeholders is a key strategic factor. It therefore promotes the development of internal professional expertise in order to maintain a competent and motivated workforce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>has established the ongoing improvement of its Management System performance as a permanent objective.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary assessment of risks and opportunities associated with business processes, internal and external audits, and Management Review are the tools used to achieve continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Responsibility Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>bases its relationships with stakeholders on mutual commitment, active partnership, trust, transparency and long-term cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Relationships with local communities are built by understanding their needs, promoting sustainable local projects that do not create dependency, and consulting stakeholders when opening new facilities, during normal production operations, and throughout the decommissioning phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>does not intend to knowingly provide any form of support to organisations that are not aligned with its values. The same applies to organisations that do not guarantee equality of opportunity and treatment and that discriminate on the basis of sex, age, ethnic origin, nationality, social background or circumstances, religion, sexual orientation, political views, or any other belief or status, including protected groups (e.g. workers with disabilities, minors, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Health and Safety Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>firmly believes that promoting workers\u2019 health and well-being is essential, as is safeguarding their safety.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Futura <\/strong>is committed to eliminating sources of illness caused by work activities and external factors (e.g. public health emergencies).
